CCI owns and operates upstream and midstream assets in the four corners region of Utah and Colorado. These assets consist of over 180 oil and gas wells and approximately 150,000 net acres in mineral leases, providing a significant proved reserves base, as well as a midstream gas processing facility and a 262-mile gas gathering system.
The Paradox assets were acquired from Patara Oil & Gas LLC in 2013.
Black Warrior Basin
The Robinson’s Bend Field is located in the Black Warrior Basin in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama, and was acquired from Constellation Energy Partners LLC in 2013.
CCI operates 100% of this asset, which includes over 500 natural gas wells, about 45,000 net acres in mineral leases, comprising significant proved reserves, as well as over 200 miles of related gathering and transport lines.
Gulf Coast Assets
CCI acquired its Gulf Coast portfolio through multiple transactions, starting with the acquisition of Patara Oil & Gas LLC’s East Texas assets in 2014. With approximately 650 gross wells on 16,000 net acres, this collection of assets serves as our anchor investment in a key North American gas basin.
The company’s Gulf Coast assets are primarily located in Freestone, Upshur, Nacogdoches and Rusk counties. These assets are mostly operated by CCI, and produce natural gas predominantly from the Cotton Valley and Bossier formations. The region is served by a field office located in Tyler, Texas.
