MERCHANT OPERATIONS & FINANCE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The core objective of the Rotational Program is to identify and develop the next generation of leaders across Operations, Finance, and potentially within CCI’s commercial businesses. Throughout the program, Associates will have regular interaction with leaders across our Operations, Finance and our commercial businesses to gain a broad perspective on the industry. The program is offered in our London office for the European program, and in both Houston, TX, and Stamford, CT, for the US program.
This two-year rotational program offers exposure to a variety of support functions including: physical operations, settlements, trading operations, P&L, FP&A, corporate accounting, credit, tax, treasury, product control, and others, as well contribute to special projects tied to strategic initiatives for the organization.
Associates will participate in four different six-month rotations among these groups, gaining exposure to a fast-paced, data-driven environment within our Operations and Finance functions. Rotations will be matched based on where there are the best development and growth opportunities for each Associate.
Training throughout the program offers a comprehensive understanding of the energy industry, along with the development of essential technical skills. At any point during the two-year program, a group may extend an offer of employment to the Associate, and if they accept the offer, the Associate will exit the rotation program and transition into the offered full-time role.
The US Summer Internship is a ten-week program that offers a shortened version of one, or occasionally two, rotations from the full-time Merchant Operations & Finance Leadership Rotational Program.
We seek candidates who are forward thinking, solution-oriented, and passionate about launching their careers. Candidates should be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Statistics, Physics, or a related field.
