CCI encourages collaboration and engagement through social responsibility. Each office has a Charity Committee that engages with employees to select and coordinate involvement with local charities. As a part of the program, employees are allocated two days annually to volunteer at the charities.

We have various employee programs to encourage continued learning and to recognize employee contributions: interactive sessions with management across different business areas, tuition assistance and reimbursement, employee referral program and our quarterly Innovation & Collaboration Awards Program.

We offer comprehensive medical, dental, retirement and life insurance benefits, as well as employee assistance and wellness programs. As part of our employee discount program, employees have access to fitness facilities, whether an onsite gym or a discounted membership to local fitness centers.

We provide opportunities to network and collaborate in and out of the office – through regular happy hours, lunches, holiday parties, family-oriented events and wellness events, such as 5K runs/walks and fitness challenges.

Headquartered in Stamford, Connecticut, our office is in the vibrant waterfront area of Harbor Point. With proximity to the train station, there is also quick and easy access to New York City.

Our Houston office is centrally located in the heart of downtown.

Our London office is in the historic financial district, on the top floor of the Walkie Talkie building, with clear views of the London Eye, River Thames and other iconic sites.
