TG Natural Resources
TG Natural Resources LLC (TGNR) is one of the largest producers in the Ark-La-Tex region of East Texas and Northern Louisiana, and is majority owned by Tokyo Gas America Ltd. CCI originally acquired its upstream portfolio through multiple transactions starting in 2014, including the acquisition of certain upstream assets from Anadarko in 2016. In 2017, Tokyo Gas America completed a strategic equity investment in Castleton Resources LLC, the predecessor to TGNR, and through subsequent transactions became the majority investor in 2020.
